Description:
Dimensions range from 18.9 mm - 20.3 mm high and 8.1 mm wide.
Width to height ratio: 0.43:1 ~ 0.4:1
Shell: turreted; solid; small to moderately small. Exterior colour white. About 8 whorls, tabulated and excavated on shoulder; protoconch unknown. Suture obscured by ornamentation. Umbilicate: a pseudoumbilicus created by posterior edge of aperture. Approximately 23 costae on the body whorl. Occasional varix appearing randomly on the shell. Intercostal spaces with microscopic, uneven striae. Base with heavy ridge. Aperture round; peristome continuous, thick. Operculum black, round, paucispiral.

Western Mindanao Sea from Balicasag Island to northern Mindanao, southern Philippine Islands
