Hedleyella falconeri

Shell very large, deep reddish brown with darker brown spirals and broken lines, globose, thin; whorls rounded, sutures moderately impressed, teleoconch sculpture of very fine spiral striae and axial growth lines; aperture ovately lunate, lip thin, columella with kink or angle; umbilicus narrow.
The largest land snail in Australia.
