Shell: medium, solid, elliptical to sub cylidrical, ranging from 65-84mm.
Spire whorls visible. 31 to 37 columellar teeth; 31 to 34 labral teeth.
Sculpture: smooth, porcelaneous.
Exterior colour fawn with three darker transverse bands; covered in numerous tan rings of varying size; base fawn with 2 dark blotches on each side of the aperture; teeth outlined in orange brown.
