Shell: medium to large, light, fusiform , ranging from 41-142mm. Spire to low, about 0%-39% of shell height. Shoulder angled downwards, with evenly spaced nodules. Sculpture: numerous, evenly spaced, fine spiral chords and threads, angled nodules on the shoulder. siphonal canal about 0%-44% of shell height, long, narrow and tapering, colour becoming darker towards anteriorColumella smooth, white; Columella callous thin. Outerlip finely serrated. Aperture ovate. Exterior base colour white becoming tan on the siphonal canal, spaces between centre nodules tan; radial chords may also be stained with tan forming faint radial bands. Aperture internally white.
